About Me
Hey, I'm Mallory — photographer, content creator and book lover from the Kansas City area.
I've lived in Kansas City the majority of my life, apart from moving away to get my two bachelor degrees from K-State. I would consider myself your typical midwestern girl, but with a stronger affinity for kimchi rather than ranch dressing.
I am an avid reader and love to read anything from true crime to YA romances when I'm not out on a shoot or curled up watching baking shows with my two cats.
I started documenting my life through through DIY photoshoots and music videos I would force my friends into in middle school, using my mom's old cam corder. Fast forward to when I got a camera of my own and I haven't put it down since.
I started out filming videos for local companies and businesses, but gradually found that what I enjoy most is documenting my life and the incredible people I call my family and friends-turned-to family along the way.
I created this space as a place for me to share my thoughts, photos, travels and a tribute to my self discovery. I always thought I had to have everything under control. I had to graduate in three years, I had to find a job immediately after. I had to create the illusion everything I did was planned out ten steps ahead, when really I have no clue what I am doing most of the time, but I'll let you in on a secret — no one does.
